I spent years forging a career in the highly competitive and stressful entertainment business. I became frustrated, angry, depressed, and utterly burned out.
I was totally out of balance and out of energy. I felt like my whole life was a wasted effort. I knew I had to make big changes.
When I began studying yoga more than a decade ago, things shifted. I started to feel better and became curious about other holistic wellness practices that could help me.
I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, sound healing, shamanic practices, mindful breathing, yin and restorative yoga, energy healing, qigong, EFT tapping, and meditation which opened up a whole new perspective on life.
I brought my body, heart, mind, and spirit back into balance.
My life became more meaningful, and I was better able to roll with the punches, to get out of my own way and allow the good things in life to come to me.
I began teaching yoga and breathwork classes and giving soundbaths. My students experienced deep healing, which was so gratifying.
I love helping people come back into wellness and awaken to their true path.
I started out helping friends, colleagues, and my students learn how to deal with obstacles that block them and how to release the pain of old stagnant energy that no longer serves them. They turned their lives around with my guidance.

You’ll be in a safe space.
All coaching sessions are done online via Zoom.
We’ll work through your issues using the principles of mindfulness, compassion, and lovingkindness.

Diana Osberg is a breathwork, TCM energy, and meditation facilitator and is certified as a Yin and Restorative yoga and sound healing medicine practitioner with a focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians, nervous system response, anatomy, and alignment. She was certified as a soundbath practitioner at the Soundbath Center in Los Angeles and studied Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY) breathing at Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s The Art of Living Center in Los Angeles. Diana facilitates classes, events, workshops, and retreats and offers one-on-one coaching to help people recognize and release self-limiting stories, connect to their inner wisdom, and develop tools to deal with whatever life throws at them. She also offers private sessions for corporate groups.
“From time to time, I am blessed to receive downloads of inspiration and wisdom from the Universe. A few years ago, I led a spiritual retreat at the Sedona Mago Retreat Center in Arizona. The property is embraced by a large energy vortex, with smaller vortexes scattered throughout the landscape. I looked forward to experiencing a vortex for the first time and had high expectations for what that energy would bring. The days passed and soon our retreat was done. I was very disappointed that I had not felt the vortex energy. However, as I drove away from the retreat center and continued slowly down the very bumpy desert road, everything changed. I suddenly had a vision of little angels swirling like a vortex around the outside of my car. They looked like little children dressed in white christening gowns. The vision lasted for only a few seconds. I stopped the car and immediately received a download. I was given an assignment that I must share my healing angels with all who need them.
