Lunch & Learn Sound Meditation:

DURATION: 45 minutes during lunch hour

LOCATION: On-site at your office

This lunchtime wellness program provides a modified version of a soundbath in which participants sit in a chair (rather than lying down), close their eyes, and experience the meditative, deeply relaxing sounds of crystal singing bowls.

Vibrational sound has been shown to reduce stress, treat insomnia, balance the emotions, boost the immune system, quiet mind chatter, improve concentration, and create a deep sense of peace, well-being, and better health.

The program includes time for a Q&A at the end of the session.

Soundbath Break:

DURATION: 60 minutes

LOCATION: On-site at your office

A Soundbath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience in which a wave of sound washes over participants, so it feels like they’re being bathed in the sound. It’s a journey of healing, transformation, and self-discovery through soothing vibrations.

Participants will lie on a yoga mat in a comfortable position, close their eyes, and enjoy a sound massage that bathes them in the vibrations of traditional sonic instruments, including Tibetan, Japanese, and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and crystal pyramids.

Soundbath therapy is an effective and proven modality that uses vibrational sound to reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace, well-being, and better health. It has been shown to relieve physical illness, balance the emotions, treat insomnia, boost the immune system, relieve PTSD and stress, quiet mind chatter, release emotional trauma, promote deep meditation, and improve concentration.

10-Class On-Site Office Yin Yoga:

DURATION: 60 minutes – Weekly

LOCATION: On-site at your office

This gentle yoga program is designed specifically to counteract the effects of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for long periods.

Diana will guide your office group through a series of Yin Yoga poses that focus on Chinese Medicine Meridians, Nervous System Response, and Physical Alignment.

Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body to lengthen and lubricate fascia and to balance the emotional body. The poses are both Yin (passive) and Yang (active) in that they’re held for 3-5 minutes in a passive position, yet the muscles remain active in holding the shape.

The practice connects body, heart, mind, and spirit by encouraging the practitioner to move to their “edge” of discomfort and to find stillness and a focused awareness in a meditative state, to rest with “what is” and become open to and accept any sensations that may surface.

Life is uncomfortable. Yin yoga teaches us how to be more resilient and to accept discomfort as a natural part of life.

10-Class Virtual Mindful Breathing Program:

DURATION: 45 minutes – Weekly

PLATFORM: Zoom

Diana will guide your work group through a series of simple, yet powerful, breathing exercises that will help participants release stress, strengthen and energize their respiratory and immune systems, and balance their nervous systems. This weekly series is designed to establish new habits and move toward living life more calmly and confidently to deal with whatever life throws at them.

Participants will learn the basic mind-body principles and positions used in a restorative breathing practice to achieve optimal health of the body, heart, mind, and spirit – the four pillars of holistic health.

The conscious awareness of breathing influences the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual states and promotes circulation and hormonal balance. Research shows that mindful breathing can reduce cortisol levels by over 50% on the first day of practice and will improve with continued practice.

An ongoing mindful breathing practice can reduce stress, relieve anxiety and depression, bring the practitioner back to a clear and positive state of mind to feel calmer and more joyful, and help them cope with the stresses of everyday life.

10-Class Virtual Lifeforce Energy Recharge:

DURATION: 45 minutes – Weekly

PLATFORM: Zoom

Recharge lifeforce energy and release anxiety with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Body Tapping, and Qigong.

Participants will learn how to kickstart their self-healing ability – the flow, balance, and harmony of vital lifeforce energy – through mindful breathwork and the stimulation of energy meridians and acupressure points using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Diana will lead your group through a rejuvenating practice of EFT, meridian tapping, qigong, and mindful breathing to stimulate the flow of qi (pronounced ‘chee’) through the body.

These easy movements release unwanted energies, such as survival mode, fear and anxiety, anger, depression, and hopelessness. The practice can help calm the spirit, boost immune strength, and build resilience to illness.

Participants will come away with renewed energy and techniques they can use every day in these challenging times to promote relaxation and compassion, boost circulation and immune function, improve your mood, promote creativity, and foster wellness in body, heart, mind, and spirit.

Qi Beats + Body Drumming:

DURATION: 60 minutes

LOCATION: On-site or virtual

Come into the present moment, feel the pulse of life in you, and revel in the deep pleasure of your heartbeat.

This is a unique blend of Qigong, Zumba, and meridian tapping set to music, designed to get you up on your feet, stimulate energy flow, and release stress. The movements are easy to follow, allowing you to turn your attention to the music in a moving meditation.

Participants will rev up their qi using their own body as a drum. They’ll thump, drum, slap, tap, and clap with their healing hands to rhythmically stimulate blood flow and qi (life force energy), strengthen respiratory and immune systems, and release stress.
